Robert "Rob" Hunter Craig, III, 57, husband of Terry Lee Craig, of Beaufort, SC, died Friday, September 4, 2026 at his residence.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 14, 2026 from 5-7pm at Anderson Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 11:00am at St. Peter's Catholic Church with burial in Jacksonville, FL.

Rob was born on April 22, 1969 in Winter Park, FL. He is the son of Deborah Cooper and the late Robert Hunter Craig, Jr.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Terry and his mother, Deborah; is one son, Lincoln Davis Craig; one daughter, Carolina Mae Taylor; one step daughter, Ashley Nicole Smith-Renfroe; two grandchildren.

Robert had a wealth of degrees he earned 6 degree's, 2 PhD's. He was an instructor at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. He was theologian and a preacher to many churches over many cities. He was a man of God, a man of strong faith. He was a soldier at a time of war. Robert was a friend to all he met. Robert was the love of my life. He loved his family, his mother, his children and was so happy that he got to see his grandchildren. We will miss him forever.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to .St Peter's Catholic Church, 70 Lady's Island Drive, Beaufort, SC 29907.
